At Coldwell Banker Tomlinson, giving back to the community isn't just something we do—it's part of who we are. On November 19, 2024, we hosted our 14th annual Bake Sale Auction, a company tradition that blends delicious treats, spirited bidding, and a whole lot of heart. In just two hours, we raised an incredible $15,900 to support three local organizations dedicated to helping children in our community.

This year, we delivered more than just checks. For Foster + Heart, we provided toys for their Christmas party—benefiting over 150 foster children—and gifted one of their homes a fully decorated Christmas tree (the tree was donated by one of our agents) with all the trimmings.
The Bake Sale Auction is a highly anticipated event every year. Along with delectable baked goods (sometimes selling for over $100 per cake!), agents, staff, and affiliates bid on items like fishing trips, overnight stays in Sun Valley and McCall, and sporting event tickets. The generosity and camaraderie on display are what make this event so meaningful.

This fundraiser is part of our company's 10-year charitable goal: contributing $10 million in time and money to better our communities. Two years in, we're proud to be on track, continuing to make an impact where it's needed most.
