"February showed renewed strength in Canyon County, with a significant increase in sales and steady price growth driven largely by new construction activity. Buyer demand remains strong, particularly in areas like Nampa and Caldwell, while inventory continues to build. In a market like this, having a REALTOR® who understands local trends is key to making informed decisions." ~Susan Weaver, Boise Regional REALTORS® 2025 President
